Unable to join Norton EAP, error says I don't have license

I'm in the UK with English (United Kingdom) as my language, I went into admin settings and couldn't find EAP so I downloaded that extra file from the Norton website. After running it, it shows error "you do not have a valid registered license or product to participate in EAP" even though I'm logged in on Norton 360 with more than 200 days remaining on my subscription.

 

I'm on Norton build version 22.21.1.151 and on latest Windows 10 update, thanks.

Yeah this post was weeks before version 22.21.2.50 rolled out. I don't need the beta anymore, I wanted the bug fixes from version 22.21.2.50

Also that join button and the Norton EAP wasn’t available for me inside settings.

For clarity, have you opened the Norton UI and looked for the setting shown below? As Pitbull2020 suggested did you update to  version 22.21.2.50 ?

I think you should first update your product to the latest stable version available, i.e. version 22.21.2.50. Then you will be able to participate in the Beta program.

Anyone else has a comment on this?
