was hoping for some advice/help
i've purchased norton av 2010, i downloaded it, ran the intallaton, it says it's done and to restart, once i resart the icon for norton is on my desktop but wont open/launch. i can launch the support and get a error on that Error: "8504,104" after I install my Norton 2010 product.
i'm running vista, did the installation from the admin profile and tried uninstalling and installing in safe mode, same thing it works but once i restart i'm unable to launch it. in safe mode was able to get it to preform a system scan and it said there where no problem files
chatted to the oline tech guys for few hours and they did the about to about 10 times and now suggesting I pay for the techs to remove viruses from my pc mmmm unsure about this.
would really appriciate some help
