I am currently surfing the net without Norton protection of which was paid for, annually, around March 2017. Why?
Because If I attempt to install Norton, and then restart my computer, Windows 10 fails to load up. It just will not load up at all. So that meant I had to do all the Windows admin account prep again. This has happened twice and if I try once more, it'll happen again. I know it will.
I've installed Windows 10 using an OEM Copy of Windows 10. The Previous Windows 10 installation came with Norton already pre-loaded. This is the following message I get when I restart my laptop after Norton installation.
Recovery
The operating system couldn't be loaded because the digital signature of a file couldn't be verified
\Windows\system32\drivers\NISx64\1609040.008\SYMEFA64.SYS
Error code: 0xc0000428
You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact you PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.
Press Enter to try again
Press F8 for Start-up Settings
Press Esc For UEFI Firmware settings

I'd appreciate any help I can get anyone. Thanks!
