Unable to log in to my Norton account

When logging into my account the message 'password incorrect' so I to  have reset password. each time I reset password the same again as before then I am allowed into my account. The next time I need to log onto my account 'password incorrect' so using the same password each time to reset my account. this has been repeated time & time again. one password only has been used but Norton servers never ever recognise it. Any thoughts!?

Are you using the VPN feature in your Norton 360? If so, try turning it off and try signing into your Norton Account.
