@gwhis1964 Have you tried logging in with a request for a one time passcode vice your regular password? I have had this issue before and used that method to bypass it.

I was trying to do that but I was caught in a loop that I couldn’t get out of. The passcode just kept putting me back to the log in box! I finally got chat support to work and the virtual assistant emailed me a password reset link that worked. Thanks so much for reaching out to help!
Hello! You should try to enter the password correctly cause it could be case sensitive. Also, you can select the forget password option to get a one-time password. By doing that, you can bypass the login process.
