I continue to have a problem trying to access my Norton Family Account - both at home on various Windows 7 PCs and at work on my laptop there. So the problem is not to do with any install on my home PC(s). Its related to my account on the Norton Family server. Can Norton please fix this so I can sign in and administer my children's accounts. It looks as though its trying to sign into my account, but the signing in message just stays there - its looping around. Accessing from the Norton Internet Security 'Family' icon results in the error message:
'Sorry, an error has occurred on the server. Please, try your request again later.' An error has occurred with our service, your data is safe, but for your protection and to prevent any possible loss of data your request was halted. The error has been logged and reported and we will look into it shortly.
Please return to the home page and log in again. If the problem persists, contact us for assistance.
To reiterate - can Norton please resolve the problem with my Account.
