Dear symantec support,
i urgently need to de-list a domain of one of our customers via safeweb after removing js-malware from it.
But i am unable to login via https://safeweb.norton.com/login although the account works on mynortonaccount.com.
Your system always tells me to click "ok" to receive a confirmation email, that never arrives - tried it several times since last friday. My spamfilter did not catch anything. So im quite sure that no confirmation-emails are sent.
As my customer is getting angrier and angrier i'd really appreciate any help from symantec that enables me to log in as site-owner.
