Unable to login to Id Safe

After the latest update, I cannot log into my ID safe. Click on open vault and it asks for my account password, showing my e-mail, but does not accept the password. Repeats request for password.  Tried rebooting computer, no change. Ran live update, no change. Running Windows 10 and used IE 11 desktop with current updates.

I can log into my Norton account and view my ID safe online.
