Been using Identity safe for many years running windows 7. Upgraded to windows 10.
I can't login to identity safe in Firefox. I am able to login using Chrome however. With Firefox it repeatedly returns to the get started page. I have reinstalled Firefox, restarted my Pc but still not working. With Firefox there does seems to be an issue with the numbers displayed to prove i'm a human and the numbers they want. If you ask for the numbers to be read out (or a recording) they are different - all very odd.
Appreciate some help please.
