Unable to Login to Norton Identity Safe Vault

I am unable to login to my identity safe vault.

Identity safe says "Get started" I try to log into norton.com using this but although it accepts my password it always takes me back to this "Get Started" screen.

I have been using IDS as part of N360 for years with an online vault and have never had this issue which started in the middle of the day.

I am using Win 7 and latest version of N360 22.5.4.24

I see other people have had this issue but the solution suggested do not seem to help

Ideas welcome
