Unable to login to Norton Safeweb

Hi,

Im having the exact same problem as described in this thread:

I've clicked on the 'site owner' link, registered, and its confirmed my details on email (which links to  www.mynortonaccount.com)

 

I try to login to safeweb.norton.com but it says "Please activate your account to login" for which I click on "send activation code.....which never arrives.

 

Basically exactly the same issue as that linked thread above.

 

Whats going on? Its quite annoying and would have thought Norton, a major company, would have resolved the issue as soon as it arose?

 

Can anyone help?
