I subscribed to Norton 360 with Lifelock Select plan which supposedly allows for monitoring of one credit bureau. The MyNorton dashboard tells me I do not have any access to credit monitoring in my plan. I have called 844 345 3614 with no resolution.

When did you start your subscription?
If it is new it takes time for the data to flow between Norton and Lifelock so that everything is in sync. You can always contact support to ask about your features.
