Here I am again with the same old problem.
I'm using NIS ver 22.5.0.124
I have a local vault - not online. I cannot open it. When I click on Identity, Identity Safe, I get the window telling me to sign-in to my account. As you can see in my attachment, it shows me already signed-in. I click on sign-in, my email address is shown, I enter my password and click log-in, all it does is come right back to the sign-in window.
My account is due for renewal in about 2 weeks and I will NOT renew as this is an ongoing problem that won't/can't be fixed.
If anyone can explain to me why this is happening, and how to prevent it from reoccurring, I might consider renewing. Otherwise, I will be using a different service.
