With my Norton Go subscription running out, I have decided to buy Norton 360 standard instead. The problem is that if I try to add 360 standard or the basic anti-virus to my cart, it automatically turns into Norton Go. What is going on?

Yeah that happened to me too. I think it’s because your current Go subscription is still active so their system auto-renews or defaults to it. Try cancelling Go first or sign out and buy 360 as a new purchase instead.
@GYTW Here is an informative answer to your issue. Norton GO was intended for Windows 10 / 11 users and users running Windows in S Mode. In other words a UWP app. What version and build is your Windows installation?
