Unable to re-access Password manager after swapping phones

I’ve just got a new phone and have been trying to add password manager to the device. Because I’ve been using biometrics, I’ve forgotten my password so can’t sign in, and the recovery key I downloaded when I created my account doesn’t work.

I’ve noted my stored passwords and have followed instructions to re-set the vault and start again. When I choose a new password, it logs me back into the original vault on my PC (ie, not reset, has all my passwords), but the new password doesn’t allow access on my new mobile device.

Any help greatly appreciated!

If you forgot you master password there is no other way then to add it all agian it is the same problem you is going to have if you change to a other password manager if you loss the master password you will always has to add it all agian
So always remember you master password if you is lucky you might could change it one the phone
