Unable to re-evaluate my website. (ownership verified)

The other day a site for which I'm responsible and have verified my ownership was changed to unsafe by Norton Safe Web. After repairing the issue on the site I returned to Norton Safe Web to schedule the site for re-evaluation in the Site Dispute area, as directed in multiple locations within Norton's instructions (eg, Site Owner Introduction, Submitting a Website to Norton Safe Web) and in the first screenshot below. Distressingly, the indicated re-evaluate link was not displayed next to the affected site as seen in the second screenshot below.

In July 2015 I encountered the same problem using Norton Safe Web and asked for assistance from site_owner_help_en@symantec.com, per the instructions on Norton Safe Web. I received no response, but having just verified my ownership of the site my site was re-evaluated that day and I did not follow up.

September 18, 2015, I again contacted site_owner_help_en@symantec.com. I also engaged in an online chat with Norton Technical Support (Removed), who verified I was using Norton Safe Web correctly and that they were unable to resolve my issue. I was directed to contact Safe Web's support team. On September 20 I removed the site from my profile and re-verified my ownership of the site. This resulted in a re-evaluation, and my site is no longer listed as unsafe. So the immediate issue is resolved by hacking Safe Web's processes, but I've still heard nothing from Safe Web support and suspect I'll have the same inability to schedule a re-evaluation of my site should another incident occur.

See this similar forum entry from 2011. The solution offered here does not seem to apply to my situation.
