Since ‘support’ for older PC’s has ended, I cannot install the link to renew my subscription, either i get a ‘kernal Dll liburary link missing’ error message, or a ‘problem with our website, which we are trying to resolve’.
Yet I still get frantic ‘Your subscription has expired’ messges.
Norton cannot have it both ways- Either they start supporting the older Pc’s again (which I suspect is contra to Microsoft’s ‘Kill off the oldies’ Policy) or Norton And I will be going our seperate ways.
