Unable to reach Norton to claim a refund on my renewal (2nd time on a row)

Hi,

I had this problem last year and seems like we are there again, I dont use my personal computer and it had Norton installed. 

I have cancelled the subscrition before but somehow it is still coming through (2 years in a row now).

The Chat Now option doesn't seem to do anything (even with Pop up allowed) and there is no other way of reaching Norton support...? 

I really dont want to use the product but seems very difficult to opt out. 

Any help anyone?

It sounds like your subscription still somehow has the Automatic Renewal setting turned on. Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right. Then click on My Subscriptions. Check all subscriptions to see if any are active. If you find an active subscription, turn off Automatic Renewal for that.
