I am unable to recover my computer because I am unable to click ACCEPT for the licensing conditions. It appears Ghost 15 disables my mouse pointer so I won't continue restoring my backup. I chatted with a Symantec technical support and they told me Ghost is discontinued and I can try Norton Community for help.
I tried to ENTER immediately after the licensing screen appears, but it did not work. The TAB function is not working either. Is there a way to get to my backup. I have been using Ghost 15 for a while without any problem, but this new issue appears to be related to the discontinuation of the product. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
