Norton 360 v24 settings password (hopefully) will clear by reinstalling Norton 360.
Caveat: NRnR clears v22 settings password. I’ve not tested v24.

Norton support does not know nor reset your Norton Password Manager vault password.
If you did not set up Passwordless Vault Unlock nor Password Recovery Key.
Sorry, only you know your Norton Password Manager vault password.
Users need to setup recovery key and biometric authentication before forgetting their vault password.
