I set up a new computer with Windows 7 and NIS 2010. Created accounts for my kids on the computer. Installed Norton Safety Minder. But it does not show the following steps that are supposedly part of the installation -
"In the Installation Was Successful dialog box, type a name for the computer.
Type your Norton account email address and password.
Click Connect.
In the Connection to the Website Successful dialog box, next to your child's profile name, click Change.
Click Uses these logins. Check the Windows user account which is used by your child, and then click OK.
Click OK."
It straightaway says setup was completed, without giving an opportunity to provide the above mentioned details. As a result I am unable to connect my PC to the Norton Online account.
I have the entire setup running fine on my other PC with Windows XP.
Please help.
