Unable to Register device - Android 4.1.1

Actually, I am currently unable to register ANY of my childen's devices (PC and Android), but this specific post will address the latest failure I'm experiencing with NF.

 

 

Android 4.1.1 on Samsung Galaxy S III. Installed NF version 2.6.0.19 from the Google play store.

 

I chose the "Parent" button to set up the device. Immediately after entering my login info I get "Your user session has expired. Please log in again." No amount of repeating this seems to work. I tried creating a new account and I'm able to add children to the account. When I try to "Register this Device" I get the same "Your user session has expired. Please log in again."

 

If I could just get either the PC or the phone working it would help greatly, but as it is now it seems as though the whole system has broken down.

Update!

 

The fix for this and all my other Norton Family problems was to abandon my Norton account and create a new one, setting up children and all new settings and website exceptions. Kind of a pain, but at least now they are protected.
