Unable to register iPhone in Norton account, although it works on the phone, in the account it is listed as "not protected"

Issue abstract: iPhone listed as “not protected” in Norton Account, but listed under my subscriptions. (under my devices used 7 of 10, under subscriptions used 8 of 10)

Detailed description: Despite multiple new installations, the problem persists. Furthermore I do not receive the Protection Report for this iPhone. I also get kicked out of Norton every few days.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Premium
