I am having a problem registering our satellite modems when NOF is enabled. We get a "URL parsing error". If I disable it, I do not have a problem. The problem lies in that it is difficult to disable it without internet access, since that is the only way to disable it (or uninstall it). We are running Win XP Pro SP3 with Internet Security 2011 v18.6.0.29 and Safety Minder v2.2.0.40. We use HughesNet with an HN7000 modem. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
