Hi all,
I have never purchased or installed a norton product on my computer or all my router. In fact, my router dns settings have been set to OpenDNS servers. However, recently in the past few days, i have been experiencing blocks connecting/ accessing my school websites. Norton connctsafe block notification would appear when i attempt to access and classified under "scam sites". Note that this has only started happening suddenly in the past few days. Also, only my mobile phone and laptop is experiencing this problem and all other devices connected to my house network are fine. I have changed the dns on my laptop to both OpenDNS addresses and Google's DNS to no avail. I have also followed the support guidelines on the norton FAQ but same problem persists.
