Unable to renew NMS 3.5.01023

Trying to renew NMS for a few days now, but I've had some issues so far:

 

1. The renewal option given by the NMS app leads to "Error - We're Sorry, we have experienced an unexpected error"

1a. The close button from the same page doesn't work either.

 

2. There's no option to renew it from Norton/Symantec's website

 

Device: Droid Bionic

Version: 3.5.01023

Unfortnately, that method did not work. It brought me to the renewal option again and the same error message comes up. 

 

My Android version is 4.1.2

hoped it would work.

 

I think the best thing you could do is to contact Norton Support Live

Chat for free via the web as they are great at sorting out issues with

licenses and Norton products.
