Unable to Reset Password

I have forgotten my password and every time I go to reset it I am getting an error message. Tech Support stated that this was something I had to work with Norton with on these Forums and they couldn't help me.

 

I continue to put my email address in, I get an email to reset and it continues to fail every single time.

 

I have followed the instructions but an error message appears stating that "we cannot reset your password at this time."
