I'm using the following:
Firefox 21.0
Windows Vista 64bit
Norton Internet Security 20.13.1.22
Firstly I made a backup of my Norton logins by using the export option just incase of an issue.
My problem is this, I decided to use my norton account to sync my logins so I could just them on another computer.
But now my password to login to my vault keeps coming back invalid. I attempted to reset my password but I get an error message "unable to reset profile"
The odd thing is I'm able to login to this site https://identitysafe.norton.com/home
I get asked to enter my user id and password which works. The second question asks for the vault password and I enter that and it works.
But when I attempted to do the same from from the toolbar from within the browser it fails.
Why is this happening ?
