I am trying to recover files from an older backup from a computer that is beyond repair. i can see the backups in mycomputer as if they are networked drives. if i click on other backups from here i can access them fine. the backup i need causes the explorer to crash. if i try to access them from norton 360 it crashes. if i try to access from the online backup website i can restore individual files but not the entire backup. i have tried from 3 different computers with the same results.
