Unable to retrieve activities

I always get this when I try to look at Instant Messaging.  If I scroll through pages of All Activity the conversations are there, but this is very laborious.

Please can someone have a look at this. He mainly uses Messenger Live.

Do other functions work, like if you try to access a blocked website using your child's monitored account, does the website get blocked?
