I'm having similar issues. I have 2 computers with relatively small groups of files being backed up. computer 1 -- 1,835 Files/5.91 GB computer 2 -- 6,766 Files/5.54 GB However, the detail on the storage space in my account reads 20.61 GB used of 25 GB !!!! All of these details are visible on the same page, my NOBU home page. After a little addition, I read 11.45 gb used. There were failures on one of the computers the last 3 days in backing up, even though the NOBU home page said that there was enough space (I did a file calculation, and the report said all was well; but when I tried again manually, it still failed). So I reduced the number of files being backed up and the manual backup succeeded, but there is around 9 gb of space that I cannot use now. Possibly it has not been available for the last few days. My most important files are also Outlook 2007 psts. Any ideas about how to retrieve my storage space, and how to avoid this happening in future? Thanks much.
