For the past two days I have run into the following problem: When I execute Norton 360 and go to the main screen it almost immediately takes me to the bottom selections (for example "Family'). The only way I can get to scans is via the "Task" tab but when I run Quick Scan nothing happens. Likewise with Detail Scan (although everything else seems to work when it runs). I also have run the Get Support test under the Support tab.
The solution I came to yesterday was to go the removal and reinstall route and that seemed to solve the problem all day, but this morning it's back again. I don't want to keep spending 20 minutes a day doing a simple scan and I also concerned if Norton is running correctly in the background.
Anybody know what's going on or a possible solution?
