On the app supervision screen, I can’t see all the apps installed on my child’s phone.
Is there a way to force the refresh?

Welcome to Norton Family forum.
Norton Family monitors the app installations and when an app is installed, it is notified to parents and synced to backend. From backend analysis, we didn’t observe any issues in syncing the apps from the child’s device.
