Unable to set settings and monitoring has stopped

Hi, I am getting a bit exasperated with OnlineFamily. Firstly although I am able to monitor 2 of my children’s usage the other has found a way of disabling the package WITHOUT administrator priviliges so I can only monitor for a day or 2 before it is switched off again. My other problem is that I am now unable to set the settings. I click the go button and I get a done message but no facility to set the times or control authorized IM senders etc. I also run VISTA parental controls - could they be clashing?
