Good morning,
Im trying to setup family mobile on my kids devices and it wont let me. I was able to login to the website and setup two children and send a link to my wife for another parent. I then went and installed it on my sons device. As i was trying to link it to my login it failed and said it couldn't connect the machine to the child. I went back to the website and now it wont connect to the website. it gives the error provided in the picture below. I tried to login on my android device to see if I can anything there as well and it says it cant authenticate to the servers. Need help as I think this will be a good solution for my locking down my kids devices.
