Unable to sign in on password manager on iPhone. When I tried to contact chat, I was given a reference number but for some reason the chat window does not open. Also, what does it mean when it shows java script is void. I don't understand this

I have been going around and around in circles and cannot access chat and it shows that java script is void.  What does that mean?  Also unable to sign in on my mobile device.  Thanks for your help.
