I am unable to sign into my Norton Account via the main panel of Norton Internet Security 2014. Above is a screen shot of the message I see when I try to sign in with my correct email address and correct password to my Norton Account (A big red X with the message "Failed to Sign in"). I know I am using the correct sign in credentials as I have no problem signing into my Norton Account via the Norton web page via my IE browser. This problem has been ongoing for me for the entire past year. I have had three different Norton techs work on the problem via chat, including letting them remotely "take over" my computer. No one has been able to solve the problem or even determine what the problem is, despite removing the software multiple times with the Norton Removal Tool and Norton Eraser and then reinstalling it. As a result of this problem, I am unable to use Identity Safe in my browser (IE) and can only access it via signing into my Norton Account via the web and then using the web version of Identity Safe, by copying and pasting my passwords. I have frankly given up any hope of a solution, since I've already been through multiple attempts with Norton techs; but, am posting this one last plea with the hope that someone has by now figured out what is the problem and what can be done to correct it. Thanks. My OS is Windows 7 Professional, SP1.
