Unable to sign into Password Manager

This morning unable to sign into password manager through GUI. Can get in thru' Edge & Chrome but not through Norton 360 itself. Happens on Desk Top & Laptop. Laptop not updated yet to 22.21.1.151. Thru' GUI brings up 'Get Started' to sign in, just cycles round to 'Get started' again - OK yesterday PM (UK).

Update - up & working again on both computers. Have not let support take control of my computer, have not re-installed Norton 360, have not followed instructions sent from support via email (not that I could - in Japanese). Have done nothing this end - contrary to support chat 'not a Norton Issue', 'totally my application problem', all very strange then - must be an invisible force somewhere ! Perhaps I got it wrong when insisting it was their problem.

Eventually got through to on-line chat - nothing wrong at their end apparently, need to reinstall, 'co-incidence' happens on 2 computers, offer to take control of my computer, same old responses. Seem to remember a while back same thing happened with non-access to vault- then solved itself without need to sign in. Update - checking back - same issues 31st June 2021 with same initial response - later support then 'Known Issue', resolved hour or so later.
