Afriend installed Internet security after a recommendation from me, and after restarting her computer (running Windows XP service pack 3) the welcome page displays but she can't login. It tries to, saying "loading your personal settings", then immediately logs out again. I've tried starting in safe mode but the same thing happens. Any ideas anyone, please?
