I can no longer right click on the tray icon and Disable AntiVirus AutoProtect. What happened?

Can you tell us a little more about A) your operating System and B) which Norton product and  version?

 

Please give as much detail about this problem and any other issues you're having as we can't see your computer.

Sorry for the missing details. I have NIS 21.1.0.18 on Windows 8.1 Pro. Just now was the first time I noticed this behavior. I restarted my computer and now I can temporarily disable AntiVirus AutoProtect again.

 

If the problem happens again I'll post back.

A lot of Norton problems seem to miraculously disappear, after a reboot !
