I followed the instructions and nothing happens. Control panel, select Norton Family, uninstall. Nothing pops up?
I even tried doing piece by piece in the program files. When I drag it to the recycle bin I get a message saying the program is open.
I can't find any evidence it is open and nothing shows up in the task manager. This is on windows 7, using Windows Defender. Thanks
