Unable to update above version 22.22.6.10

I have the problem on one computer that my Norton Internet Security is still on version 22.22.6.10. I have already reinstalled Norton 3 times. The program is only updated until 22.22.6.10. I installed the latest version on all other computers. The Norton Update Center also shows the message that no updates are available and the system is up to date. What could be the reason? Or can the delay also be normal?

I'd bet this is being throttled in some geo-locations for one reason or another. Its not making any sense whatsoever otherwise. Norton hasn't chimed in with anything yet either.

Sollte man die neue Version 9.11 nicht mehr per LiveUpdate finden, dann führe mal das NRnR- Tool aus( LINK).   

That is not good. Please allow me to forward this to the Norton team. I cannot research nor find any reason posted officially that would indicate there are issues with product updates within the EU market. Thanks for being patient.

Version 22.22.8.15 is currently installed on all computers. Newer versions are not found.

The location is Germany. I only have the problem on one notebook that the latest update is not pulled. The current version is always immediately available on the other notebooks.

That version is the release that has been the PITA for a lot of customers. I had it on one of my machines and a patch was released the next day. What is your geo-location? Country of origin? Wondering whether that may have something to do with the patches not being delivered. Throttled again or just blocked due to another bug being crushed.

Snowstorm its been a few days since the last post. Out of curiosity has live update provided the latest patch for you? ALSO, is your OS fully patched as well? Drivers current from the OEM?

live update unfortunately says that no update is available. (Closed). The program version is currently still on 22.22.7.14.
I have no idea why this doesn't work on this notebook (HP X360) :/.

Snowstorm, have you tried live update today for the latest patch? If successful you should be on version 22.22.8.15. I just got the latest patch via LU.

live update does not show the latest update. Norton says everything is up to date. In the meantime, however, at least version 22.22.7.14 has installed.

A new version has been released, 22.22.8.15, can you attempt running live updates to verify if you can get that update? Here is the blog post link:
