I just noticed that after installing that I am unable to update past version 20.1.0.24. Live update says there are no updates available or required. I also am unable to access my online vault. The opening dialog just hangs and I never connect. I am not off to a very good start with NIS 2013. Can Symantec or anyone give me some help please?
