I now have version 25.9.10453 (build 25.9.10453.953), but haven’t yet tried to upload under this version. The last few attempts took hours to generate, hours to attempt to upload (2GB), and ended in failure. I will try again though, maybe let it run overnight.
Thanks for the feedback. I sent debug logs a couple of weeks ago before doing a clean reinstall of my Norton product, my log file was only 183mb so yeah 2 GB is a seriously huge log. Are you WiFi or Ethernet connected? If the latter is the case disable WiFi and retry. I have had that cause issues before on a laptop.

Hello SA, uploaded the debug file X8LXU successfully with the norton tool. This file was much smaller, 113mb. The whole process took maybe 40 minutes. Thanks for the suggestion, I probably wouldn’t have tried it again otherwise.
