Unable to upload driver's license photo in Privacy Monitor Assistant

I get "There was an error with your submission.  Please try again" repeatedly when I try to upload my driver's license in Privacy Monitor Assistant.

It works if I switch to Chrome.  So either it doesn't work with Safari or maybe it's my Ad Blocker in Safari that broke it.

If I convert to png then the filename is greyed out when I go to upload.  I cannot select it.

And now I cannot even attach a png of the screenshot illustrating the new problem.  I get: "The selected file Screen Shot 2021-04-08 at 10.42.10 AM.png cannot be uploaded. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: txt, pdf, zip."  But meanwhile I was able to attach a png file to my original post.

Try changing the format of the image from .jpg to .png and resubmit.
