Unable to upload Norton SAFE WEB page due to hyphens in the URL

I have some access limitations due to my host, CityMax (but I do like certain things, so I'm not going to change).

 

I am trying to authenticate  my site, decotini.com for Norton SAFE WEB.
Neither option is working out for me.

 

First off, I cannot create my own Meta Tag Name (I can only use the CityMax prefab code, which only allows the  standard "meta name=keywords " code.  I tried faking it, but the code does not read correctly in the source.)

Secondly, I cannot create and upload the page URL that Norton sent, as the URL contains hyphens in it.  CityMax does not allow hypens in the URLs.

 

Any Help would be appreciated.  I know it's  the fault of Citymax, but if I could get another page URL (with no hypens) to authenticate it would be very easy for me.
