Unable to verify. I need help with Norton safe verification for my website

Hi.  Can you please help me with my website?  I want my website to have a green tick so my customers will feel safe when they visit my website.  I followed the instructions but I still get the message that SITE VERIFICATION FAILED.  What am I doing wrong?

 

a)    Create a file with the following file name and content:

File name: nortonsw_fe433590-676f-0.html
File content: 1hk98gbtbpngl9yo3ogmidiof-cq7m9seohk6vh1y9u50al9i603uwg6-e-f5zz29bio13hrsqbs4dplnsjorjteueb6tpd5p-5cuj5v2tyzame7sxv0e3y6tbsjpj7b

b)    Add the file to the root folder of your Web site.

c)    Verify that the file is publicly available at:

http://silveraz.com/nortonsw_fe433590-676f-0.html


Step 2: Initiate the verification process

Once you have completed Step 1, please click on following link to initiate
the verification process:

http://safeweb.norton.com/site_dispute/verify_site/28512


Step 3: Submit site re-evaluation request

After you have been verified as the owner of the Web site, you can
submit a site re-evaluation request at this link:

Unfortunately, the page you listed is unreachable. It defaults to your home page.

 

My guess is that the Yahoo site building program is not allowing you to place the nortonsw HTML file in the Root Directory of your site.

 

You could try this as an option. Add a keywords tag to your home page and make the content just the Norton Safe Web 128 character alphanumeric authentication code.

The authentication code in your keywords meta tag is properly placed and I shall notify the Safe Web team who will manually verify site ownership. Allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

 

Once ownership has been verified, your site will be queued for the rating evaluation.

 

Be sure the code remains in place until ownership is verified. Leaving the code in the meta tag will not affect your site or the visitor's experience.

 

While checking your source code, I noticed some strange entries in your script (line 24) referring back to this post. I will be sending you a Private Message with the details.
