Unable to verify licence for MS Office after Norton install

Hi!

I have renewed my Norton 360 and as soon as I downloaded it, I could not use any of application of MS office.

I cannot open my emails or use Excel. It gives me a message that the licence cannot be verified and advises to repair the program and then it closes it down. I cannot even read my emails.

I tried to repair and also re-enter the licence number and all without a success.

Please, help.

Please shut down the computer, wait about 3 minutes then reboot and see if things are back to normal.

Hi Dick,

 

Thanks for your advice. But unfortunately nothing has worked so far:

The things I did to get to solve the issue:

Using the control panel I did the repair several times;

also I re-entered the product key several times and after all these changes I restarted my PC.

Today I uninstalled and then installed back the MC Office 2010.

And it is again throwing me out, saying that the licence cannot be verified!

 

What am I supposed to do??? I am deeply frustrated, my life is on hold! Please, help me.

I'm not a Microsoft expert so I'd have to say that you need to visit the Microsoft site to find someone who can assist. Sorry

As Dick suggests contact Microsoft since I've heard of Activation problems cropping up both for Windows itself and for Office.

 

But check this out first: 

 

MS Office Professional Plus 2010 cannot verify the license
