This is the final gasp at trying to solve this issue. We have tried e-mails, telephone calls, and even magic but nothing seems to solve the problem!
We have a website, http://qrz.me.uk/, which we just cannot seem to get verified. For the last few months we have been trying regularly but with no success. The site is made through InstantSite from www.123-reg.co.uk. We have contacted 123-reg who confirm we are doing everything correctly, i.e. putting the correct meta-tag into the keyword list. We contacted Norton who also said we were doing everything correctly and they were unable to say why it was not working. Norton told us to re-register and try the verification process again, which we duly did, several times. Still the same old message, unable to verify site.
We have followed all the instructions to the letter, contacted Norton and the site builder site, but still no luck.
Can anyone help us? We don't often give up on anything but this one seems impossible to solve!
