Unable to verify our website - Site Verification - Norton Site Safety

We are trying to get our site http://www.southbeach-diet-adviser.com/ verified by Norton. We have uploaded the file (see http://www.southbeach-diet-adviser.com/nortonsw_4ce41100-8309-0.html) but cannot get this verified. Other methods of verifying the site are not working either and it seems like many webmasters are experiencing the same problem. Norton email support is not working either.

 

Can somebody from Norton please look into this and manually verify the site? We would like the green "OK" button to show in the search results.
